Google Workspace Data

Our Platform allows you to connect your Google account to simplify account creation and enable scheduling features. When you connect your Google account:

• Profile Information: We collect your name, email address, and profile picture to populate your user profile.
• Calendar Data: We access your Google Calendar to create, view, and edit events related to job evaluations and interviews. This data is used solely to facilitate the scheduling process between employers and candidates. We do not use this data for advertising or any other purpose.

Limited Use Disclosure: Pairwise's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements or for any purposes other than providing the core functionality of the Platform.

Information Automatically Collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Platform. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Platform, and other technical information.

We use personal information collected via our Platform for a variety of business purposes, including to:

• Facilitate account creation and logon process.

Revoking Third-Party Access: Users can revoke access to any third-party integration (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) at any time via their account settings or the third-party's security page. You may revoke the Platform's access to your Google account via the "Security" or "Profile" settings in your Pairwise account, or through the Google Security Settings page. Upon revocation, we will stop accessing your Google data, and any stored OAuth tokens will be deleted from our servers.

Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

Policy for Children

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Platform.

Updates to Our Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date, and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
