# Pairwise

> Pairwise is an AI-powered technical hiring platform for staffing, consulting, and engineering-services firms. It sources candidates, scores and ranks resumes against job requirements, flags fake and fraudulent applications, runs structured interviews and evaluates the transcripts, and manages candidate pipelines through client-facing share links with PII stripped. Firms run recruiting themselves on the platform or add Pairwise recruiters at a fixed monthly rate with no placement or success fees.

Capabilities included on every plan: unlimited candidate sourcing, AI recommendations from your pool, resume extraction and parsing, job description parsing into required and preferred requirements, AI scoring against those requirements, ranking across your pool, fraud and fake-resume detection, resume-versus-LinkedIn consistency checking, a pipeline filter that hides likely-fake applications, unlimited seats and jobs, AI-generated interview questions and interview guides, interview scheduling with Zoom meetings and calendar invites, interview transcript evaluation and scorecards, and candidate sharing with PII stripped.

Fraud detection applies to resumes and applications, using layered scoring, resume-fabrication classification, and resume-versus-LinkedIn consistency checks. Pairwise evaluates interview recordings and transcripts after the interview. It does not proctor or monitor interviews in real time.

Integrations: Greenhouse ATS (jobs, stages, and candidate sync), Zoom (meeting creation, calendar invites, recordings, transcripts), and LinkedIn-sourced candidate profiles.

Pricing: Platform Access at $200/month including 50 credits, where one credit equals one contacted candidate, overage at $2 per credit. Recruiting on Demand at $2,500/month covering one role in the recruiting pool with a daily qualified and vetted shortlist, additional roles at $2,500 each. Enterprise is custom, with volume credit and recruiter pricing, dedicated support, and in-ATS delivery. A separate engineering services line places technical talent at a flat fee, quoted on request.

Not to be confused with Pairwise Plants (pairwise.com), an agricultural genomics company. pairwise.net is an older site from this company and its positioning is out of date.
